Board Members

The right to designate a representative to the Board of Directors of the
corporation and full voting rights and privileges on the Board of
Directors and Committees and Subcommittees thereof, as specified in
the Bylaws of the corporation.

Discounts on licensing programs of the corporation.

Three (3) complementary attendees to the annual Optical Storage
Symposium.

Corporate Members and Venture Company Members

Voting rights on all Committees and Subcommittees of the
corporation (other than Committees and Subcommittees of the Board
of Directors), as specified in the Bylaws of the corporation.

Eligible to designate an individual to serve as a Chairperson of a
Committee or Subcommittee in which such Corporate Member or
Venture Company Member is eligible to vote.

Discounts on licensing programs of the corporation.

One (1) complementary attendee to the annual Optical Storage
Symposium.

Individual Members

Right to participate in Committees and Subcommittees of the
corporation (other than Committees and Subcommittees of the Board
of Directors), but without voting rights.

The ability to designate, with the prior approval of the Board of
Directors, a person to serve as Chairperson of a Committee or
Subcommittee in which such Individual Member has a right to
participate.

All Members

Influence the health and direction of the industry.
Meet with industry peers for information exchange.
Receive early foresight into industry strategies.
